You agree to make purchases on the nosepads.co.uk website using your correct name, address and any other details requested.
Availability of goods
All goods advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. Whilst we make evey effort to mark items as out of stock we cannot guarantee stock levels. If an item that you have ordered is unavailable, we shall inform you by email. The reason for unavailability is usually because we are awaiting deliveries from our suppliers.
We shall not charge you for goods that we cannot supply for any reason. However, we will not be responsible for any damage or losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods.
We have attempted to display all the goods on the site as accurately and fairly as possible, taking account of the available reproduction techniques that apply to website design, graphical and photographic technology.
Prices displayed on the site are in UK Pounds Sterling and are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. However, once we have accepted your order, we will not change the price that applies to such order.
We make every effort to maintain prices but prices may occasionally move up or down depending upon changes in raw material or other processing costs.
Postage and packaging
Postage and packaging charges will be added in addition to the price of the goods. Our rates for postage and packaging are as follows and will appear during the checkout stage of your purchase.

- £2.50 for purchases over £10.00
Our rates are subject to change without notice.
We will not be responsible for any non-delivery of good by our designated carrier.
Despatch of goods
We will deliver the goods to the address given to us by you at the time you make your purchase. We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
We endeavour to ensure that the goods are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the goods.
When you have received the goods at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.
We will ship to addresses outside of the UK, but please contact
us before you make a purchase so that we may calculate a relevant shipping fee.
We accept payment through the PayPal
website where you can pay with Visa / Delta / Electron, MasterCard / Eurocard, PayPal Top Up Card, Maestro, Solo or American Express.
All credit and charge card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay.
You may pay for your goods by sterling cheque drawn on a UK clearing bank. However, we will not despatch your goods until the cheque has cleared. If you wish to pay buy check please contact us
with your order and we will send you relevant address details.
After validation or receipt of your cheque, we will confirm your order by email to the email address you provided on the purchase order. Our acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding agreement between us.
Transmission of your debit or credit card number or other data in relation to payment for the goods shall be at your entire risk. We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for failures in transmission of information, deletion, non-delivery or failure to store any communications by you.

Returning goods within the UK
We want you to be totally satisfied with the goods you buy from our site. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased, you may return them within 14 days to us for a replacement or refund. Please note that, unless the goods you received were genuinely faulty, we will not refund any postage costs.
Please return the goods by mail as specified on the original despatch note to you. If you do not have the despatch note, please contact our Customer Services by email email@example.com or by phone on 0560 364 1487 for instructions and help with our returns procedure.
The risk of damage to any goods you return to us will remain with you until the goods have been delivered to our premises and accepted by us at those premises.
Returning good from outside the UK
Please return the goods within 14 days by guaranteed mail or courier to our premises. Please contact customer services by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions or help with overseas return procedures.

Goods purchased from our site are subject to English Law.
